User Agreement
1. Purpose of Agreement
This agreement defines the terms of use for services provided by DevScale Digital Solutions (hereinafter "DevScale") to users of its platform.
2. Account Creation
The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information during registration. The account is strictly personal and cannot be shared. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
3. Access to Services
DevScale provides users with a project management and collaboration platform. Access is conditional upon compliance with these terms. Some services may require identity verification.
4. User Obligations
The user agrees to: use services fairly and in compliance with the law, not disrupt platform operations, not attempt to access other users' data, maintain confidentiality of exchanged information.
5. Data and Privacy
DevScale commits to protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR. The user retains ownership of their data. DevScale may use anonymized data to improve services.
6. Intellectual Property
The user retains all rights to creations and content shared on the platform. DevScale reserves the right to use feedback to improve its services.
7. Term and Termination
This agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. The user may terminate their account at any time. DevScale reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms.
8. Responsibilities
DevScale strives to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. DevScale's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.
9. Modifications
DevScale may modify this agreement. Changes will be notified 30 days before taking effect. The user may reject modifications by terminating their account.
